2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select locations.
Credit/Debit Cards – Secure payments via [Your Payment Gateway].
Bank Transfer – Contact us for details.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD for select locations in Saudi Arabia. A small handling fee may apply.


4. How long does shipping take?

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order.


6. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Read our Refund Policy for details.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


8. Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?

Currently, we only ship within Saudi Arabia. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!


9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
